Dr Pierre Sabatier
PROJEKT ARRS J7-1817: 5000 YEARS OF GRAZING AND MINING ACTIVITIES IN THE JULIAN ALPS (SLOVENIA) (2019-2022)
is carrying out geochemical analysis of alpine lakes. Pierre is a member of the research team at the Univesité Savoie Mont Blanc (CNRS, EDYTEM) in Chambery (France), which is one of the leading research groups in its field of research. Researchers of EDYTEM have 15 years of experience in sedimentological and geochemical research of the Holocene lake sediments, earthquake events and soil erosion processes.
